Return and Refund Policy

At Ethical Earth Collective, LLC (“Ethical Earth,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we take pride in offering products crafted with uncompromised standards. Because of the nature of our wellness and personal care items, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate and personal use of our products (such as body oils, teas, bath soaks, and skincare items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, email us at hello@ethicalearth.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ethicalearth.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue.
Replacement or refund options will be provided at no additional cost to you.

4. Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, contact us at hello@ethicalearth.com.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
